Vladi is an associate lawyer at Ross Barristers, where she maintains a general litigation practice. Prior to joining Ross Barristers in 2018, Vladi practiced litigation at a national full-service law firm. She has acted as counsel to individuals and corporations involved in various commercial disputes, including with respect to a variety of goods and services agreements, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, commercial leasing agreements, and construction and public procurement contracts. She has acted for and advised clients regarding manufacturer, distributor and retailer liability, banking services liability, and professional negligence. She also has experience obtaining and responding to applications and motions for injunctive relief, Anton Piller orders, and Norwich Pharmacal orders, including injunctions relating to the provision of critical services and the protection of copyright, privacy, and commercially sensitive or proprietary information.

Vladi also has extensive experience in health law. Her health law practice includes estates and consent and capacity matters, including matters relating to testamentary capacity and capacity to make inter vivos gifts. She has regularly defended allegations of negligence against medical professionals, as well as allegations of negligence against clinics with respect to medical or paramedical treatment provided at their facilities.

Vladi has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal and the Divisional Court. She regularly litigates matters before the Commercial List. She has also advised clients involved in commercial arbitrations. She has litigated matters before various tribunals in Ontario, including professional disciplinary Colleges and the Consent and Capacity Board.

Vladi obtained her BCL and LLB from the McGill University Faculty of Law in 2014, and was called to the bar in 2015. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and The Advocates’ Society.
