Lauren is a paralegal at Ross Barristers practicing in the fields of debt recovery and Small Claims Court litigation. Lauren acts for financial institutions, collecting on delinquent accounts and enforcing judgments. Lauren is well-versed in conducting effective asset searches and judgment-debtor examinations to recover funds quickly and with minimal cost. Lauren also handles the firm’s Small Claims Court litigation, which includes collections, breach of contract and negligence claims.
Lauren obtained her paralegal diploma from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in 2012 and became a licensed paralegal in 2013. Prior to becoming a paralegal Lauren worked for five years as a Law Clerk alongside an experienced lawyer who practiced in Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial law. Lauren is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
When not in the Small Claims Court, Lauren can be found enjoying her free time with her 2 children.
